Understanding your own Professional DNA is the first step to answering some of the most commonly asked questions in interviews. Through this activity, we'll understand your unique contributions and goals, and shape them into compelling responses.
Career Roadmap
We'll map out your career, focusing on identifying the overlaps between your career history and your next opportunity. Then, we'll focus on identifying specific stories that communicate your competencies and skills.
Answer Structures
Speaking coherently and concisely is crucial to successful job interview communication. We'll focus on using certain structures NOT to memorize answers, but instead to equip you with the tools to spontaneously answer any behavioral question.
Case Study Database
Throughout your program, we'll develop your Case Study Database. The goal is that instead of asking yourself "What do I say?" you'll instead have a collection of Case Studies that accurately show (not tell) the skills and competencies you can offer the employer.
This isn't English class
Although my program is designed specifically for non-native English speakers, this is not English class! Instead, the goal is to show you how to use certain tools and strategies with the English level that you have right now.
Internalized Structure, No Memorized Answers
The most difficult part about any interview is simply: we do not know what you'll be asked. For that reason, memorizing answers does not work. Rather than crafting perfect answers for questions you may or may not be asked, we'll learn strategies that can be applied to any question you are asked in the interview.
